Service Advisor (Leeds)

£23,400 & Team Bonus Scheme (OTE £4.2k additional)
RSD Recruitment are working with a main dealer of Volvo and Honda to recruit for an enthusiastic candidate to join their team of Service Advisors.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling customer queries
- High level of customer service
- Booking in services / MOT
- Call handling
- Use of company software systems to source and price up parts / jobs
The Candidate:
- Experience in a similar customer facing environment
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in computer systems
- Preferentially experience as a service advisor within the automotive industry
Monday - Friday
8am - 5:30pm
1 in 3 Saturdays 8 - 12:30 (Half Day) Overtime rate
