Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative  
Location: Radcliffe, Manchester
Full Time Permanent – Monday – Friday 
Salary: £24,000

Our client is one of the UK’s largest keyholding and alarm response provider, Offering Keyholding, Mobile Patrols, Locks and Unlocks of buildings and Void Property Inspections - along with bespoke products as required by our clients. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where you will spend much of the day using the telephone and computer systems. 

They’re looking for people with a passion for delivering great customer service. Their customer service agents are the first point of contact for clients and supply chain alike. Customer Service Agents provide customers with all of the information that they need on a 24-hour basis. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • First point of contact for clients and customers 
  • Competently answer questions and queries 
  • Provide excellent customer service
