Talent/Recruitment Specialist

We are looking to grow our high energy recruitment team in Cardiff.

You will be joining a passionate, energetic and collaborative team environment finding talented individuals for roles in one of our specialist divisions -Manufacturing, Engineering, Civils Engineering or Fire & Security.

What will you be doing?

  • Sourcing candidates via job boards and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client
  • Register all candidates on our CRM system and keep records updated.
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, and managing the interview process with candidates and clients
  • Conducting effective interviews with candidates to assess suitability for our clients
  • Own and manage the whole candidate process through our CRM system
  • Work closely with the Divisional Manager to fill vacancies and to manage clients
