Branch Manager (Belfast)

£40,000 - £45,500
RSD Recruitment are working in partnership with a global provider of fire and security systems, who specialise in onsite, remote, electronic and mobile security systems.
We are working to source for an enthusiastic Branch Manager for their Belfast base!
The Day to Day:
- Generating new business leads
- Identifying costings in proposals and contracts
- Working with the solution and sales team to devise service solutions
- Ensure branch is meeting SLA's
- Assist with operational tasks i.e . recruitment / training / appraisals
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in people management (essential)
- Previous experience in business / commercial management (profit / loss control)
- Fire / security industry knowledge and understanding
- Full UK Driving Licence
