Mobile Generator Engineer

£33,930 + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card
Required is an engineer to complete the servicing, maintenance and repair of diesel generators up to 6kva on our clients' welfare and accommodation units! The work will predominantly consist of diesel generator work at customer sites, as well as some basic DIY i.e. general plumbing and electrics. Candidates without generator experience who have a background working on diesel engines should apply - the client are happy to train on generators!
The role is mobile, working for a leading provider of plant, site accommodation, welfare facilities, portable toilets and solar solutions
for hire. The company have depots across the UK and are one of the best we work with in terms of progression, development and a great package. The role is paid door to door - meaning you are paid from the moment you switch your engine on in the morning until you turn it off at the end of the day! OTE for the role is £40,000!
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and a team player, adhering to Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality processes to ensure compliancy at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance, servicing and repair of generators up to 6kva
- Maintenance of accommodation / welfare units
- Basic DIY - general plumbing, electrics etc.
- Complying with Health and Safety Regulations
