Hitchin

Up to £38,000 plus £5K Tronc + Bonus 5-10%

Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager in one of their iconic venues.

As a confident leader within a forward-thinking business, you will create an environment of coaching and developing for the team around you whilst driving the business to the next level through challenging KPI's. You will be customer focused and have a wealth of operational experience to enhance the customer journey at every point.

The Job:

  • Manage heads of departments including, Restaurant Manager, 
  • Events Manager and FOH Manager.
  • Ensuring every customer experience is memorable and satisfactory

About You:

  • An impactful leader, who can manage operations and manage the day to day running of a business and venue
  • A mature and confident communicator
  • A well presented and spoken character who can build dialogue and engage with staff, guests and customers
  • You will have a clear track record of management and leadership, with evidence of innovation within a business to ensure growth
