Sales Executive

£22,000 - £24,000 per annum Basic Salary. £40k+ OTE.

The role:

Our client is looking to expand their dynamic team of 8 existing members. You will be selling games room products to customers who contact them by phone, live chat, email, or visit their showrooms. All the customers come to you, mostly having visited their multi-award winning website, so there is no cold calling needed, all warm leads that are super keen to buy from you.

You will be fully trained by management team on using our sales process to ensure you match the right product to the customer's needs, using excellent product knowledge. They don't expect you to be an expert when you start! There is a lot to learn about these specialist products, so they will invest time training you on everything you need to know. Then you will be an expert.

You will take time to understand your customer's vision: where will the product be going? who will be using it? and how? Then you can present the customer with a number of options and explain the features and benefits of our incredible range. Our customers are both buying for themselves for their own homes, but also businesses fitting out company games rooms, student accommodation, pubs, bars, holiday parks, bowling alleys etc.

Skills and experience you must have:

  • Be articulate and able to speak clearly and with confidence.
  • Be able to retain product information and explain this to customers.
  • Comfortable with using computer software to manage phone calls, recording customer enquiries on our system, reading spreadsheets with stock information
  • Sales experience and commitment to see a sale through from start to finish.

Additional skills that would be beneficial:

  • Track record of strong sales performance in a similar environment
  • Knowledge in any of our product categories
  • Experience of using the products we sell
  • experience using Apple Macs and CRM systems

Working Days/Hours:

  • 40 hour working week
  • Working 5 out of 7 days
  • Open Monday- Sunday
  • Monday – Friday hours 8:30 am, finishing at 5:30 pm.
  • Saturday & Sunday hours 10am, finishing at 4pm.
  • Occasionally able to work from home on some days if you wish.
